Brewing method: Use 6 g of husk cocoa for 100 ml of water. First, moisten the husk with a small amount of water (about 100 ml) to remove dust and prepare it for brewing. Discard this water. Then pour the required amount of hot water and steep for 4–5 minutes. Any device can be used for brewing: clever, french press, tea dripper, or even a simple cup. After steeping, pour the ready drink into a clean server or cup. The husk can be filtered using a paper or metal filter.
