The amazonas region is well known for its production of high-quality coffee, especially the “caturra” variety. The coffee plantations are meticulously hand-cultivated and processed using traditional methods, resulting in a unique and delightful flavor profile. The harvest in peru begins in mid-april and lasts until october.
